After the development and launch of your websites, portals, apps or marketing campaigns, our team will dedicate guaranteed time and resources to ensure continuous development and upgrades according to schedule.

With this new system, you can avoid the headache of forking out a large initial “investment” and focus on new ways to build and establish your brand instead. Our team on the other hand will focus on achieving our joint objectives instead of rushing to complete the project in order to collect the pay cheque.

How It Works

  1. We consult the client to finalize the specifications of the design product and calculate the cost to fully design, develop, deploy, upgrade and maintain the site for a minimum of 12 months.
  2. We’ll break down the scope of work (development and maintenance) into phases and plan a monthly schedule to complete the tasks according to priority.
  3. Upon agreement to the terms, we’ll kick-off the project with an initial payment to cover the development cost and divide the remaining payment into a more manageable monthly retainer fee.
  4. We’ll maintain a 2-way communication with the client to constantly review and update the scope of work if necessary to keep the tasks relevant to achieving the objectives. This is important as the requirements may change over time according to changes in business trends.
  5. The client will be able to track the schedule, progress of our work and the results by logging into the client area.
