Still Hate Internet Explorer

Hate is a strong word… but 13 years of coding websites… and I still <strong>hate</strong> Internet Explorer. I’m sure every web developer has at some point blogged about how much they hate IE. I’m just going to keep it simple.

The only practical use for Internet Explorer is to search and download Firefox and Chrome. The End

Social Media Deception

It has somewhat become a trend for brands (or their ad agencies) to run deceiving social media campaigns that “pretends” to gather support for a noble cause… and one fine day, it’ll be wham! bam! hey we’re actually <insert the brand here>… and now, you’re endorsing our marketing campaign!

Some call this, creative Social Media Marketing. I simply call it, Social Media Deception. It’s neither creative nor engaging… all it does is to deceive a bunch of people to endorse your marketing campaign that they would’ve probably endorsed anyway, with the knowledge of who’s behind it.

It doesn’t take a rocket scientist… or let’s say a “social media expert” to tell you that this is not really a moral issue, this whole deception game. It’s basic marketing for morons. Don’t annoy or piss off your customers, clients, fans, etc by deceiving them… you’ll only give them a reason to hate your brand.

The CreativeJuice

Well it’s pretty much a clean slate now since we lost all our old entries from the previous version of CreativeJuice. The MySQL monsters in our old servers must’ve eaten them.. seriously. I guess the new white interface reflects a fresh start for this blog and its contents.

I’m definitely looking forward to sharing more information on our work, projects, involvements and other things that makes us go “whoah”. For now, I shall leave you with this gem:
